Stephanie D’Angelo, Esq. focuses her practice on seeking lawful permanent residence for distinguished professionals through complex Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver petitions. These distinguished professionals perform critical roles for leading global corporations and have sustained international acclaim as individuals at the top of their field. Additionally, Ms. D’Angelo advises clients on business-related non-immigrant visa applications and petitions, such as O-1A, H-1B, L-1A, and E-2. Ms. D’Angelo has successfully represented top professionals and affluent families in their quest for lawful status and, ultimately, permanent residence in the United States.
Ms. D’Angelo holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the FIU Board of Advocates Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team and Champion of the FIU College of Law 12th Annual Intramural Moot Court Competition. She served as a LL.M. Student Ambassador and served on the Broward County Bar Association, FIU Chapter Executive Board. Ms. D’Angelo was also Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office and completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan-Scola of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. As a result of her work with the judicial externship, she was awarded the Judge Aaron B. Cohen Externship Scholarship. Ms. D’Angelo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, cum laude, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
